Responsibilities:

Position is based out of NC, supporting our Charlotte PharmacyPartners with sales and operations teams to manage customerrelations with current clients. Oversees and is responsible for thegrowth of the Medication to Home Program. Manages and providescommunication between pharmacy operations and current client base.

Visits clients on a regular basis, and performs customer servicesduties. Educates facility staff on the benefits of programs andmanages referrals for residents that meet the criteria for variousprograms.

Duties:

1. Manages and performs customer service visitsto all assigned customers on a routine basis. 2. Performs monthlymedication cart audits. 3. Manages and oversees cycle fillservice/support as designated in a geographic area/pharmacylocation. 4. Partners with all facility staff to gain referrals forthe Medication to Home Program. 5. Completes weekly and monthlyactivity reports. Sets ninety (90) day goals specific to assignedlocation(s). 6. Works closely with Pharmacy management to resolveall customer issues and provides appropriate follow up. 7.Completes sales, retention, reporting and other procedures asdetermined in a timely and accurate manner. 8. Participates inlocal and state industry trade shows as required to develop currentand new business. 9. Partners with Pharmacy management and clinicalteams to support education, operational and clinical inserviceprograms. 10. Oversees customer onboarding to Synchrony Lab,including process education and implementation support 11. Assistscustomer in determining the most efficient operational workflow forlab processes. 12. Manages and escalates issues and risks, seekingexpert advice and technical support from other leaders whennecessary. 13. Travel (60%) including overnight stay as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Associate Degree oran equivalent combination of education and experience, preferablyas an LPN, Pharmacy Technician. Licenses/Certifications
• PharmacyTechnician Certification Preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License instate of residence required.

Experience:

• One (1) to three (3)years’ experience in a Pharmacy, Long Term Care, or Senior Housingindustry.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exemplary computerskills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite ofproducts.
