Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text. Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships. Uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase new fabric collections. Engage in strategic sales calls, even when the conversation gets tough. Negotiate quotes, secure orders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers. Master our ERP system (FACTS) and other software tools to streamline processes. Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity. Travel – Potential travel up to every other month

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets. Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills. Open to growth, feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
