The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating jobs and driving sales growth, managing jobs, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, effective communication, and a strong understanding of construction. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Duties Generate concrete sawing, coring, and removal jobs sales through cold-calls, job site visits, and incoming customer calls. Order and call off rental equipment as needed. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle while providing insight and recommendations to address customers’ needs effectively. Manage contract expectations as necessary, including complete billing of scope of work and any change orders if necessary. Properly maintain billing schedule based on contract needs (i.e., COD, Net 30, Pay App, and Schedule of Values). Represent the Company with the customer during project execution and discuss changes in scope of work with customer ensuring proper documentation is completed. Attend networking events to increase visibility and name recognition in the industry. Qualifications Be well-versed in construction terminology and familiar with concrete construction (slab on grade, elevated slabs, footers, and walls) and know how to calculate square and cubic footage, closely estimate the weight of concrete to be removed, and develop a plan for the removal of the concrete. Concrete cutting experience a plus. Understand building plans with ability to conduct (or willing to learn to conduct) takeoffs. Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
