Account Managers are responsible for fostering and maintaining the client relationship.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Actively monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Conduct multiple site visits each day to ensure cleaning services are completed to clients satisfaction. Provide coaching and support to the franchise owners assigned to each account. Coordinate the start up of the accounts sold by outside sales reps. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
