In order to better fulfill its mission Terra Green is in search of an experienced, hard-working, and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Develop strong relationships with clients through frequent and clear communication, mutual trust and ability to meet clients’ needs as well as develop win-win opportunities for the customer and the company Identify and pursue new business opportunities Ensure that quality expectations and specifications are being met/exceeded Manage a portfolio of maintenance contracts and serve as our clients’ primary contact to ensure timely solutions, satisfaction and quality services Write and negotiate contract renewals Meet and exceed sales targets Conduct property inspections, client meetings and site visits to ensure that our maintenance operations are delivering on our commitment to innovative solutions and safe work practices Identify and develop enhancement proposals for portfolio clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Benefits Signing Bonus Health Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Learning Opportunities Retirement Savings Plan (with Company Match)
