Key Account Executive Assistant – Sales Sattler Americas Inc. Charlotte, NC • Hybrid work Sattler Americas Inc. is the US Sales Division of the Austrian SATTLER GROUP, the specialists for awnings, tarpaulins and technical textiles, as well as for innovative solutions in the field of textile architecture and environmental technology. Our manufacturing plant, Sattler Corp. and the corporate offices for Sattler USA is located in the greater Hickory Metro Area, centrally located between Asheville and Charlotte in Hudson, North Carolina. Sattler Americas Inc. is currently looking for a Key Account Executive Assistant – Sales to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting the CEO of Sales in managing key accounts and ensuring seamless administrative operations related to high-value clients. Experience in textiles, furniture or furniture related industries preferred. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in client services, sales support, or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving customer success. Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee complex administrative functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools, SAP experience (preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns. Job Goals Responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer of sales operations in managing key accounts Ensuring seamless administrative operations related to high valued customers Critical liaison between the company and its top clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth Assist in overseeing all client service operations Develop efficient administrative processes Work cross-functionally to enhance customer relationships and business outcomes. Other individually assigned projects Operative Duties Planning, Targets Support the Chief Executive Officer of sales operations in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Assist in overseeing all administrative functions related to high-value clients, including contracts, reporting, and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service needs in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency in client service operations. Assist with coordinating internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests, projects, and service agreements. Monitor key account performance, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to the Chief Executive Officer. Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver an integrated client experience. Assist with identifying opportunities for service improvements, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance revenue growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. Provide executive-level reporting on client service metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
