Deliver appropriate and approvedinformation and relevant messaging to target accounts Achieve calland sales activity targets as set by the company Completeadministrative duties as required Demonstrate deep marketplace,therapeutic, product and disease expertise based on thoroughunderstanding of rigorous scientific principles and data, includingmechanism of action, indications, efficacy, safety, etc. Understandand apply knowledge of health care industry, trends, applicablelaws and regulations, market conditions, and the market accessenvironment (including but not limited to pharmacy-economics,payer/ reimbursement landscape and patient flow/influence betweeninstitutions and community practices) and analyze these factors inthe development of business plans and in daily execution of salescalls within compliance guidelines. Establish, maintain , anddevelop strong relationships with customers in HCP offices, urgentcare facilities and pharmacies Demonstrate advanced ability to askstrategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customerneeds from all stakeholders in accounts, using the insights toposition current promoted brands and collaborate with customers ona customized strategy. What do you need for this position?

Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of successful pharmaceutical salesrequired Experience in eye care is required Proven Ophthalmologysales experience preferred Previous Medical Device experiencepreferred Buy and Bill experience preferred Strong interpersonaland relationship building skills Strategic thinker who can developand drive a territory business plan Ability to develop solid andlong-standing business relationships with strategic/targetedcustomers Demonstrated solid financial and analytical skills Avalid driver’s license and safe driving record Strong prioritysetting skills and timely decision making Strong presentationskills & written communications Microsoft Office, CRM/Veeva, Salesreporting technology skills About Inizio Engage Inizio Engage is astrategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner thatspecializes in healthcare.
