Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking interactions, and reporting on account performance. Conduct warm calls to potential clients to explore new business opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide leadership in developing strategies for business development within assigned accounts. Experience Proven experience in technical or technology sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process. Demonstrated ability in account management, including managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales activities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Leadership experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to influence cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
