Position Overview We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships—especially with quality professionals and companies in aerospace and manufacturing.

Your primary goal:

help organizations find the right solutions through our training and consulting services. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Nurture leads and guide potential clients through our sales pipeline. Close deals and exceed sales targets for training programs, consulting packages, and custom solutions. Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-lasting relationships with quality managers, directors, and company stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our offerings. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and support campaigns. Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and service opportunities. Participate in strategy sessions to continuously improve our client experience and offerings. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred) Experience working with clients in aerospace, manufacturing, or quality management industries is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Why Join APEX QA? Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$3,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month
