Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, positive attitude Resolve customer issues efficiently and independently Maintain a strong understanding of your assigned accounts Present insurance benefits and compliance updates when needed Stay current on industry regulations, products, and processes Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work Maintain all necessary insurance licenses and certifications Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Strong public speaking and presentation skills Must be able to work Monday through Friday (8-hour shift) Must be able to commute or plan to relocate to Farmville, NC Preferred Qualifications 5+ year of experience in the insurance industry Active North Carolina and/or Virginia Life & Health Insurance License Spanish language skills

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
