About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join us in North Carolina. You will be responsible for new account development & expanding existing accounts within an established territory. The individual will be responsible for both renewal busines net new growth within the territory, and will represent Red Hat’s entire portfolio.
What you will do:
Sell the complete Red Hat’s portfolio of solutions within assigned accounts
Promote the Red Hat’s value proposition to prospective customers within a highly competitive market
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing
Maintain and develop new relationships within your assigned accounts
Excel within a fast-paced organization
3-5 years of full cycle sales experience
What you will bring:
Experience selling in both direct and partner models through VAR’s
You will need to have experience selling technology in the general commercial sector
Knowledge of and passion for technology
Ability to call widely into your accounts in the areas of application development, architecture, operations, leadership (C-suite), and lines of business
Demonstrated market knowledge and competitive knowledge opportunities
Proven history of exceptional quota attainment
Solid understanding of middleware, AI and cloud technolo
The salary range for this position is $216,990.00 – $358,000.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skill training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job dutie relevant work experience. About Red Hat
