Join the dynamic and fast-paced Business Accountability team that helps build and manage rigorous governance programs that help enable our Consumer Lending Acquisitions and Customer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will: Develop and manage complex governance and risk management programs for the Consumer Lending Marketing group including programs like record storage and retention, control development and procedure development and maintenance Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within business and contribute to large-scale, cross-functional planning related to mitigation of current and emerging business risk issues and concerns Assess, analyze, and design moderately complex controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation and the control environment, including ensuring effective planning for sustainability, ongoing control adherence, reporting, measurement, technology impacts, and monitoring Independently make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging solid understanding of the business’s functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment; facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; lead peers and key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to address current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance or support in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies Partner with peers and the business in interactions with external parties to support appropriateness and timeliness of response, and effectiveness of communications and materials May serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience with consumer credit products and marketing, especially credit cards Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation Ability to effectively listen and elicit information Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Advanced SharePoint skills Exposure to Wells Fargo’s Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
