The Account Development Manager (ADM), Research Business will beresponsible for taking a long-term, consultative approach tomanaging existing accounts and prospective partners. The ADM willalso analyze market trends, develop strategic sales plans, andalign client / prospect objectives with business solutions. The ADMwill be responsible for maintaining, developing and enhancingstrong working relationships with our client base as well as anyother responsibility required to achieve organizational goals. TheADM, Research, will develop strategy according to market dynamicsto expand utilization of FeNO within CROs, Study Sponsors, AcademicResearch Institutions and Government Research Institutions tosecure new partnerships in Global Clinical Research.

Specific/Other Responsibilities will include:

Implement account managementstrategy to maintain, protect, expand and enhance sales for companywith key account(s). Meet or exceed sales objectives. Establishstrong working relationships with customer accounts (i.e.management, procurement, and forecasting) and internalstakeholders. Partner with internal stakeholders (i.e. AccountService Representative(s), Supply Chain, Technical Operations,Product Development, and Medical Affairs) to provide first-in-classcustomer experience and flawless execution of order processes,logistics, and tracking. Demonstrate resilience and the ability toovercome challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentConduct critical analyses of all data sources to determine returnon investment, trends, opportunities and threats. Monitor customerexperience, account sales, and contract performance of assignedaccount(s) on a regular basis. Develop strong businessrelationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makingpersonnel in customer segments Execute strategy according to marketdynamics to expand utilization of FeNO within CROs, Study Sponsors,Academic Research Institutions and Government ResearchInstitutions. Attend investigators meetings, relevant conferences,and customer sites to provide education on FeNO testing,capabilities presentations, device demonstrations, and customersupport. Work with accounts’ product development teams to ensurecompany is integrated in data report systems Preparequotes/proposals, develop training materials, and deliver asrequested by customers Qualifications and/or experience required toperform the role:

Experience:

Five (5) or more years of experienceresponsibility in medical account management/development (B2B)industry (i.e. – device, supplies, services, etc.).

Highlypreferred areas of experience:

previous background in clinicalresearch organizations and cross-functional work within anorganization. Background and direct experience clinical researchorganizations, pharmaceutical and/or medical device companies,relationship building with C-suite level leadership in targeted keyaccounts. Experience in meeting and collaborating with individualsconducting research

Skills and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal,teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills. Must be astrategic thinker, dependent and a strong communicator. Must bemotivated and able to work with stakeholders to accomplish goals.

Ability to accurately forecast pipeline opportunities Computerskills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong public speaking skills andpresentation skills. Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of thetime with some weekend travel. Ability to keep up with currentbusiness practices within the industry. Possess strong oral andwritten communication skills. Ability to prepare and manageforecasts / budgets by use of data extraction.

Education:
