Do:

Build strong, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts Lead customer account planning, ensuring performance objectives and expectations are met Meet and exceed sales quotas for strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing profitability Proactively assess customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies Drive CR brand penetration by engaging Designers, Architects, and Builders with strategic plans Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and support, to exceed client expectations Develop and implement sales action plans, targeting high-growth potential accounts Organize weekly sales calls, and maintain monthly touchpoints with key accounts Promote product knowledge (PKs) and represent CR at branch events to grow market presence Report sales and display program updates to the Director of Sales What You Need to

Succeed:
