This position is responsible for building a trusting and professional relationship with clients (Accredited Businesses) in our 48 county service area BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. We do this by encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses. Responsibilities include- Working with businesses to address any complaints filed against them through the BBB Dispute Resolution system. Communicating with consumers throughout the complaint resolution process Processing customer reviews filed about businesses in our service area Outreach to current accredited businesses to explain benefits, inform them of new products, and assist with any updates Effectively communicate with accredited businesses to inform them of any upcoming events Collaborate with internal departments on ensuring clients needs are met This position is for someone who possesses honesty and integrity, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to help businesses. Success in the Business Account Specialist role requires a customer focused mentality, significant time on the telephone, an ability to communicate effectively with small business owners.
