Job Description
Intake Marshall & Taylor, PLLC 221 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC Our Raleigh based Family Law Firm is looking for a compassionate and productive Client Service Specialist – also called an “Intake Specialist” – who will focus on providing people who contact us with the ultimate customer service experience. This position will handle critical tasks to ensure all callers and visitors feel welcomed and that we care about helping them. This is a position that balances the art and science of outstanding customer care. It requires the right combination of empathy, communication skills, attention to detail, and technical know-how. You’ll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences and helping the owner of the firm grow the business.
Compensation:
$56,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Engage with potential new clients to sell legal consultations with our attorneys Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us Maintain tracking to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
Qualifications:
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Two years of previous sales experience Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Understand how to build a relationship with a person Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value Demonstrate exceptional communication skills Have the ability to think on your feet Not to get discouraged when things don’t go as planned About Company We are a boutique family law firm offering clients the highest quality of legal services.
