- $50,000
- 55,000 base salary
- Bonus potential tied to execution + client satisfaction

Raleigh, NC Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the contract-to-close process for residentialtransactions
- Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders withclarity and urgency
- Track documents, timelines, and compliance details withprecision
- Prevent problems before they start-then solve the rest withprofessionalism
- Represent the Marti Hampton brand with excellence from start tofinish
Qualifications:
- Active NC Real Estate License (Full Broker Required)
- 2+ years as a real estate Transaction Coordinator
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Top-tier organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solver with a calm, client-first mindset
- Must be based in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remoteposition)
