Purpose and Mission
Responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations
Key Activities and Responsibilities

Customer Support:

Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Order Processing:

Manage the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Sales Presentations:

Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Feedback:

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product and service enhancement. Skills
