WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
Manage day-to-day client service needs and benefits administration
Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues and implement benefit plans
Prepare and deliver client presentations and renewal proposals
Guide clients through open enrollment periods and benefit changes
Identify cross-selling opportunities and support retention strategies
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or related field
Strong knowledge of health insurance, ancillary benefits, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational abilities
