Job Summary WEI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Partner Business Representativeto support our partner engagement efforts and sales enablement. The Channel Partner Business Representativewill be responsible for assisting the alliances and business development team in sales-related activities, such as supporting vendor partnerships, creating sales content, and maintaining go-to-market information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of new & current vendor partnerships
- Coordinate vendor enablement sessions, meetings, and quarterly business reviews
- Create & manage content such as PowerPoints to enable the WEI sales teams
- Manage Go-to-Market information & tools such as Request for Proposal (RFP) repository, sales intranet, and partner portals
- Represent WEI at events by staffing welcome booths and supporting onsite logistics Experience
- 0-2 years of experience working in Sales, Solution Design, Channel Alliances, or Program Development (including internships and pertinent academic work). Education
- Four years of college resulting in a business bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong relationship management skills are required. Understanding and experience with how solution providers, managed services providers, and value-added resellers (VARs) function and operate will be developed over time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency or aptitude in the
Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Sharepoint.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Delivering complex tasks within a required timeframe.
- Ability to craft and deliver remote and in-person presentations to internal and external audiences.
- The ability to travel is needed to support the business for events & trade shows.
Location:
