Symrise – always inspiring more… Your role Spearhead revenue expansion and market penetration across the East Coast and strategically aligning initiatives with globally influential key customers Build a pro-active, competitive sales approach based on the client’s needs and the unique selling propositions of Symrise products Develop a dynamic and long-term sales strategy, to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. Build a robust pipeline to support ambitious growth objectives and manage a successful execution of projects. Maintain projects using the CRM system, CX/C4C. Advise and inform on customer activities, customer brands, market trends and competitor’s activities to aid strategic planning Develop and manage new customer relationships while growing existing partnerships Responsible for updating and monitoring the rolling forecast on a monthly basis Collaborate closely with internal teams: Technical Directors, Lab, Sales Support, Operations, Marketing Attend industry events About you Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology or business/marketing At least 5-10 years of experience within the cosmetic industry Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes Technical knowledge about cosmetic ingredients and their application Knowledge about the cosmetic industry and the customers and brands Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Excellent project management and problem-solving capabilities Good analytical skills Strategic vision and planning capabilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skill International orientation: used to work in a multi-cultural environment Robust Software Skills (MS Office, EIS, CX/C4C) Travel requirement: approximately 30-40% Our offer Become part of our open and transparent culture. Pay Transparency Disclosure:
The expected annual salary range for this position is
USD 140000.00 – USD 180000.00.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
