Account Manager – Custom Apparel & Promo Products Promofect, LLC Mahwah, NJ 07430 Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise company based in Mahwah, NJ. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and custom online company stores. From Fortune 500 brands to local schools and first responders, we help clients launch high-quality merch stores—backed by modern tech, fast production, and top-notch service. We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our in-house team. Your role will focus on managing existing customer relationships, handling inbound requests, and following up with past clients to keep them engaged. You’ll play a key part in making sure our customers keep coming back and feel taken care of every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound requests for quotes, reorders, and store updates Provide clear updates on timelines, proofs, and delivery status Monitor order progress and follow up to keep projects moving Re-engage clients who haven’t placed an order recently Track communications in our CRM (we use HubSpot) Help ensure the client experience stays smooth, timely, and well-communicated
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years experience in account management or customer service Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and a tech-savvy mindset

$50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
