Personal Lines Account Manager Community Insurance Associates, Inc. 139 Harristown Road, Glen Rock, NJ 07452 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. Duties Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the personal lines book of business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy administration and compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for additional coverage or services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact clients. Requirements Proven experience in insurance customer service, preferably within personal lines. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent negotiation abilities to advocate for clients’ best interests effectively. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
