Full Job Description Job Summary:

In this exciting fast paced role, you will be a crucial team member in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their business objectives and technology needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.

This position comes with the internal support of a full-time sales administrator. This position requires occasional travel on-site to meet with clients as needed in the NJ and surrounding area. Travel mileage is reimbursed. This position is eligible for performance bonuses. Also, our technical stack partners offer support and training on their product lines. Summary of duties and responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for relationship management.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to meet clients’ business objectives and ensure their technology needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Oversee projects sold to clients
  • Work with management to develop proposals/quotes and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
  • Educate clients on new technologies and service offerings, helping develop understanding for how these can benefit their business.
  • Receive requests for service and product details from customers and provide timely responses.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee contract renewals, negotiating new agreements as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders on service performance and project statuses.
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in Professional Service Automation tools.
  • Help customers attain value from the products or services they have purchased, managing and exceeding expectations. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience.

  • Knowledge working for an MSP with remote monitoring and management tools.
