Position Overview:

We are seeking driven and experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team to help maintain our current customer base. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their customer service and sales expertise. This will allow the Rep to gain financial freedom and build a successful career with room for growth. As an Outside Maintenance Representative, you will:

  • Visit Current Customers across Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, conduct on-site demonstrations of our products, submit job quotes and conduct inventory counts.
  • Overcome objections by effectively presenting the advantages of joining the Build It Right Partnership over competitors.
  • Build relationships with owners, project managers and purchasing agents to become a trusted partner for long term tooling and supply needs.
  • Participate in Bi-Weekly meetings with VP of Sales and CEO.

Opportunity for advanced sales training and leadership development offered to those show potential by following the proven system in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to your territory to visit current customers, review future projects/jobs needs and submit accurate quotes.
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations at client locations and /or job sites.
  • Utilize our CRM to update customers status, add notes and set appointments.
  • Shadow experienced representatives during the first 30 days to gain hands-on experience and introductions to customers contacts
  • Proactively manage your schedule to ensure consistent appointments and opportunities.
  • Attend Bi-Weekly meetings and training sessions.
  • Report Directly to
CEO and VP of Sales Onboarding & Training:
  • Onboarding:

    One week of intensive training covering our company, products, industry insights, and system process.

  • First 30
Days:

Field training with an experienced representative, including setting and attending appointments. Any closed deals during this period will earn full commissions.

  • Develop lead-generation skills and demonstrate work ethic during this phase.

The higher your sales go, the higher your commissions go! (At BIR, you are compensated by Base PLUS your Performance! NO CAP!!

  • Proven track record in outside sales with measurable achievements.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working without constant supervision.
  • Strong work ethic with punctual attendance for meetings and appointments.
  • Willing to travel daily to meet clients. (Valid DL and good DL record)
  • Ethical, trustworthy, and committed to delivering value to company and clients.
  • Previous Customer Account Maintenance Experience Required
