Your Mission:

We’relooking for a dynamic Account Manager to grow and maintain ourcustomer base across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Thisrole blends field work, consultative selling, and relationshipbuilding. If you thrive on driving sales, creating real impact, andspending time with existing and potential clients on the road 2-3days a week, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own thefull sales cycle—from lead generation to close—for organicresiduals (compost, soils, bulk products).
  • Maintain and growexisting accounts while executing a targeted marketing plan.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners anddecision-makers.
  • Collaborate with support staff andsubcontractors to implement logistics and deliver results.
  • Createand deliver winning proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQresponses.
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industryevents.
  • Use CRM software to track sales, outreach, andperformance metrics.
  • Represent our values with integrity,professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
What You Bring:
  • Proven sales success—ideally in compost, mulch, soils, or aggregatesales.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite a plus).
  • Background in turf, soil science, or agricultural sciencespreferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly (2-3days/week) across PA, NY, and NJ.
  • A clean driving record andvalid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
