SNI Companies is working a Pharmaceutical Company in MercerCounty who is seeking an Inside Account Manager for their growingCentral customer service team! This role is perfect for a recentcollege graduate who is looking to get their foot in the door withan exciting company and grow their experience. We look forward tospeaking with you!

Responsibilities:

Make 20-30 outbound calls aday to former and existing customers regarding updating theirinventory and sharing new product details. Setting appointments andaddressing customer needs Contact customers via phone to informthem of current promotions Update and review of ERP Systems(NetSuite and FoCus/CRM System) Remain up-to-date on all productsand marketing information Send written documentation to ourcustomers Process all customer requests accurately and in a timelymanner. Research product, customer and / or vendor informationprior to committing to customer requests / inquiries Analyzecustomer leads, prospects, and BL Matrices, etc. while utilizingthe CRM system Enter customer orders from various sources (EDI,phone, email, fax, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detailincluding the validation of price and customer contact informationVerify purchase orders for accuracy and communicate with customerswhen corrections are needed Verify all web orders for accuracy,account duplication and up-selling opportunities Assist customersin tracking down orders by being a direct liaison between ourcarrier venders to ensure orders are delivered in a timely mannerProcess all customer requests accurately and in a timely mannerResearch product, customer and / or vendor information prior tocommitting to customer requests / inquiries

Qualifications:

1-2years of Customer Service and/or Account Management Bachelor’sDegree in a business-related discipline preferred Excellent oraland written communication and customer relations skills Advancedlevels of multi-tasking skills are required ERP System experience•NetSuite a plus Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills arerequired

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm
