Summary We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Best Logistics Technology Inc. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships and driving business growth through effective account management strategies. The position is based in the United States and plays a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional logistics solutions. hourly pay $20/hour and up Responsibilities Collaborate with the Operations team through the OMS system to manage orders from both local and China-based clients. Respond promptly to customer emails regarding order status, inventory, and other related inquiries. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the efficient execution of daily order-related tasks. Maintain and develop strong customer relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Able to multitask and take initiative with minimal supervision
