Health & Wellness Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive Client Relations Manager to nurture key B2B accounts, drive client engagement, and support digital sales operations. This is a strategic, relationship-focused role—ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about the health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to service enhancements, process improvements, and product engagement strategies.
Oversee and optimize eCommerce workflows supporting online sales. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and initiatives. Deliver product training and guidance to help clients choose the right solutions.
Qualifications:
Background in B2B client relations, account management, or customer success.
Preferred industry experience in:
Skincare, Health & Wellness, Med Spas, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Fitness, or related fields. Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills. Comfortable in a hybrid work setting, including light warehouse or showroom involvement. Experience with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus. Why Join Us?
