Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

Maintain and growexisting clientele base. Identify prospective customers throughnetworking, prospecting, referrals, organization membership andconference/trade show attendance. Provide customer support and pullthrough for the Hub services and network pharmacy program Respondto and follow up on business development opportunities. Maintaincustomer records using internal systems. Prepare, review andpresent quarterly Business Reviews Collaborate with internal staffto execute onboarding of new customers and any additional customerdocuments. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information suchas customer needs and opportunities to expand businessrelationships. Utilize data to enhance opportunities for our clientand pharmacy providers Schedule and conduct calls and face-to-facemeetings with customers for relationship building, ongoingmanagement and implementation of program. Other responsibilities asassigned Compliance with the provisions of the Health InsurancePortability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementingregulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BSdegree, MBA a plus Candidate must have exemplary customer service,meeting sales goals, and prospecting skills. Prior experience inSpecialty Pharmacy Market required Must be able to travel 50-75% oftime nationwide. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to identify new opportunities and develop pipeline ofprospects. Ability to create and present business plan. Highlymotivated and able to work in a team environment. Experiencecollaborating with both internal and external resources to developstrategies that meet department goals within budget and establishedtimelines Competent in use of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
