Job Description Position Summary Constellation Brands isbuilding the preeminent investor grade Wine and Spirits sellingdivision in the market and is looking for the best fine wine andcraft spirits professionals in the industry. The role isresponsible for the execution of our Wine and Craft Spirits onpremise objectives with our key on premise partners and the tradein an assigned territory with a defined account list to ensuresuccessful delivery of sales objectives. The Account Manager, OnPremise will ensure we are achieving our fair share of business,growth and awareness in this important channel of business throughregular interaction, account calls, training and education andalignment with the sales region. Distributor/Customer Facing (90%of time) Distributor Management (15%): Owns Market Level Volume andKPI Plan collaboration and alignment with distributors and regionsOversees and has ownership over a defined set of accounts,penetration into those accounts and continued month over monthrevenue growth in a targeted set of accounts Analysis/insights ofmonthly performance with action plans to drive enhanced performance(Facts/So What/Insights/Actions) and communicate that analysis andinsights to the Region Directors/State Leads. Take ownership tohelp implement Accountable for budget management as pertinentEnsures proper facilitation of key trade promotions and pricingstrategy through the distributor organization Market Execution (75%of time): Active in market 3-4 full days a week, focusing ondesignated defined list of accounts as identified in beginning offiscal year Approximate fine wine focus is 50% and craft spirits is30% Ensures the execution of on premise programs in market;inclusive of trade and consumer events and in market workwith’s/trainings around the on premise strategy and build out Leadexecution of on premise channel strategy in market: CBonD Prime OPPartners KPIs Participant in key buyer meetings in collaborationwith National Accounts team if needed For large on premise regionalaccounts, participate in key buyer meetings and business review ifneeded Participant in key on premise surveys around periods to winParticipant in key blitz or focus periods and ensuresaccountability of objectives around on premise portfolio Guide thesuccess of market level sponsorships and trade promotions,trainings, wine dinners, promotional or consumer eventsCommunication/Feedback loop (10% of time) Weekly chatter feedbackto marketing based on best-in-class execution and key competitiveitems or promotions In weekly 1 on 1 with manager, communicatesupwards any best practices or challenges around national strategyCommunication with the Director, OPNA around market level feedbackon program execution Communication with Sales Enablement around anyneeds or asks for sales tools

Personal Development:

Based onfeedback in regular performance management, dedicates time indeficient areas including but not limited to: Wine and SpiritsEducation Luxury Selling Presenting and Influencing Groups SalesProcess training Brand Module completion Technology and Apptraining (i.e. Compass, Excel, ppt) Financial Training Organizationand business rhythm And/or any additional training and brandeducation as developed

Financial Management:

Ensure responsiblespending of incentive, LMF and local budgets where appropriateEnsure proper and responsible spending of T&E with bi-weeklyreport submission and adherence to designated fiscal budget.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 5 yearsof Fine Wine and Craft Spirits sales in either Supplier orDistributor required 1

  • 2 Years of On-Premise Supplier orDistributor Experience preferred Familiarity with the market andkey accounts preferred WSET level 3 Wine and WSET level 2 Spiritspreferred Demonstrated ability in customer management withinspecific territory Keen understanding of the three-tierdistribution system and compliance laws Proven experience andstrong abilities in educating and motivating others to managebusiness effectively Excellent communication skills articulate withstrong public speaking ability / experience and excellent writingskills.

00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faithbelieve we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Ourcompensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations orpositions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflectseveral US geographic markets, including the lowest geographicmarket minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We mayultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the rangemay be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position withinthe salary range will be based on several factors including, butnot limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location,relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience,skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travelrequirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collectivebargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. AtConstellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to behired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensationdecisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of eachposition and candidate.
