Description You Will:

Serve as the lead liaison between the company and customers,ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. Develop a deepunderstanding of client needs, business objectives, and technicalrequirements. Collaborate with engineering, operations, andleadership teams to align internal efforts with customerexpectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities withinexisting accounts and potential new markets. Monitor projecttimelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensureconsistent value delivery. Prepare and present sales forecasts,account reviews, and market analysis to executive leadershipUtilize spreadhseets and CRM system to document and communicatesales metrics Manage 10 million in annual business

Profile YouHave:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relatedfield preferred 3 years of experience in account management,project management, business development, or technical sales,preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Provenability to manage multiple high-value accounts and work effectivelyacross departments. Familiarity with industrial manufacturingprocesses and technical product knowledge is a plus. Ability towork full-time in south shore Massachusetts office Job Offer Offer
