We’re scaling aggressively, and we’re looking for a seasoned sales leader to help us get there. What This Role Is As a Sales / Account Manager , you will be responsible for leading and growing our key retail relationships across both offline and online channels. You’ll act as a strategic partner to our accounts, drive category growth, and unlock new retail opportunities for the Dream On Me brand portfolio. This role is equal parts relationship management, sales strategy, and retail execution . You’ll work closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure our retailers receive white-glove service and high-performing programs. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day relationships with national accounts including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, BuyBuy Baby , and select regional furniture stores. Drive sales performance across categories (cribs, gliders, dressers, bassinets, etc.) through effective product assortment, promotions, and retail marketing support. Identify white space and new account opportunities in both mass and specialty retail , including boutiques, furniture retailers, and global distributors . Partner with marketing to build co-op plans, campaigns, and A+ content strategies tailored to each platform. Monitor account performance and execute on sales KPIs, forecasting accuracy, inventory flow, and promotional plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfillment, price integrity, and retail readiness across all accounts. Prepare and deliver seasonal business reviews and pitch meetings to buyers and planners. Represent Dream On Me at industry events, trade shows, and retail summits. What You Bring 5-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in juvenile products, home furnishings, or consumer goods . Strong relationships or working knowledge of key retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, BuyBuy Baby, Target). Track record of growing revenue, building partnerships, and hitting sales targets. Familiarity with ecommerce dynamics (Vendor Central/Seller Central, dropship programs, inventory planning). Strategic, data-oriented mindset—proficient in using numbers to tell a story and close a deal. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-first spirit.
