Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts by processing policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently
• Conduct market research to stay informed about insurance trends and offerings
• Utilize AMS360 system
• Collaborate with the sales team to support outside sales efforts and promote insurance products
• Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients and expand the customer base
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with insurance providers on behalf of clients
• Analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet clients’ needs and provide recommendations for adjustments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance account management or a related field is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze complex insurance policies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling client accounts and policy details
