Outside Sales Account Manager Fusion Sourcing Group, Inc. New Jersey Outside Sales – Electronic Components The Fusion Sourcing Group, Inc. (www.fusionsourcing.com), an electronic components manufacturers’ representative serving the Northeast United States and Canada, is seeking candidates for a position in outside sales, working with electronic OEMs and distributors. This position is in Northern / Central New Jersey and the surrounding area. Job Description As an Outside Sales Representative at Fusion Sourcing Group, Inc. you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships in your assigned territory. Your role will involve prospecting, presenting, and closing sales, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and prospect potential clients within your territory to generate new business opportunities. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales and customer retention. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored solutions and strategies for clients. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in electronics. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 3 to 5 years sales experience preferred, Team oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.
