Full-time Responsibilities Manage customer service requests and policy adjustments Explaining coverage details and assisting with claim questions Handling customers accounts and processing payments Following up on Pending Cancellations and policy pending statuses Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation Working with assigned Account Executive to process changes in coverages or premium Working with insurance carriers to process request in a timely manner Skills Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other customer service role Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. Account Manager:

Job tasks include handling customers general and underwriting questions, quoting and rating endorsements on accounts, completing necessary applications for insurance & completing all service requests, doing follow ups to ensure timely receipt of policies or changes to customers, processing renewals & remarkets as needed, issuing certificates of insurance , and overall assisting clients with making general insurance coverage changes to their policies for a busy agency that offers long-term growth potential to team members.
