Role:
As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This position involves handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, managing multiple customer accounts, and delivering proactive support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales opportunities. While primarily office-based or remote, occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or events.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by addressing needs with proactive solutions. Manage a portfolio of accounts with professionalism, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded. Identify and convert sales opportunities, fostering revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving to address concerns effectively Key Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the tech or distribution sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate meaningful client relationships. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Experience:
Channel sales experience within the tech or distribution industries, demonstrating alignment with Ingram Micro’s business model. Familiarity with CRM systems or other sales tools to optimize efficiency.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (mandatory 3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Compensation:
Competitive package with a 70/30 base-to-commission split. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,400.00 – $84,000.00 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range. At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
