JobDetails Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedPersonal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a PersonalLines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providingexceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of personallines insurance accounts for our clients. Utilizing the EPICinsurance management system, you will handle various aspects ofpolicy management, client communication, and ensure compliance withindustry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client RelationshipManagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,building strong relationships and understanding their insuranceneeds. Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensurecoverage adequacy and identify potential cross-sellingopportunities. Address client inquiries, concerns, and claimspromptly and professionally.

Policy Management:

Utilize the EPICinsurance management system to manage and maintain accurate clientrecords, policies, and endorsements. Process new policyapplications, endorsements, and renewals efficiently. Work closelywith underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for newpolicies or renewals. Monitor policy expiration dates and initiaterenewal procedures in a timely manner.

Sales and Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insuranceproducts based on the client’s needs and risk exposure. Collaboratewith the sales team to expand the client base and achieve revenuetargets.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to allrelevant insurance regulations, guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all clientinteractions, transactions, and communications.

Risk Assessment andAnalysis:

Conduct thorough risk assessments to determineappropriate coverage for clients. Analyze insurance policies andendorsements to ensure they align with client requirements.

EPICSystem Utilization:

Demonstrate proficiency in using the EPICinsurance management system to streamline workflows and optimizeclient service delivery. Stay updated on new features andfunctionalities of the system and actively seek to enhanceproductivity.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with otherdepartments, such as claims, underwriting, and finance, to resolveclient-related issues and improve overall service efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,Insurance, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as aPersonal Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insuranceindustry. Proficiency in using EPIC or other insurance managementsystems. In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products,policies, and regulations. Strong customer service skills with theability to communicate effectively and professionally. Excellentorganizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability toanalyze insurance policies and assess risk adequately. A proactiveapproach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
