As the NYC-based Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize education. In this role, you’ll have a highly unique opportunity to work directly alongside our CEO & Co-Founder, working together to conquer the largest school district in the country (NYCPS). This role is 50% remote/50% travel to NYCPS.

Job Type:
Full-Time/Exempt Hybrid What You Will Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the NYC Department of Education (NYC DOE). Leverage existing NYC DOE relationships to facilitate the successful implementation of high-dosage tutoring programs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Drive the renewal of contracts and expand business opportunities to other schools within the NYC DOE. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of tutoring engagements, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to align tutoring services with the specific needs of NYC DOE schools. Participate in meetings and presentations with NYC DOE officials to showcase the value of the tutoring programs. Stay informed about changes in educational policies and practices within the NYC DOE that may impact tutoring services. Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions. Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring. Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best!

What You Will Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years experience in a Customer Success/Account Management position Must have expertise working with the NY DOE as a vendor and has deep understanding of the NYC DOE and its operations A driven, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and a love of NYC, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership. Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to drive business growth. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results. A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
