Job Description

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sr. Account Manager in executing strategic sales initiatives and managing day-to-day account operations. This position serves as a vital link between internal teams and external retail partners, ensuring flawless execution of sales functions and account deliverables. You will contribute to sales planning, performance tracking, and issue resolution while gaining valuable insight into customer relationship management and business development in a fast-paced wholesale/retail environment.

salary:

$47 – $48 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM – 5

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilitiesSales Support Collaborate with Sr. Account Manager on implementing sales strategies and driving account growth. Assist in building sales plans and achieving account goals. Analyze weekly reports (account recaps, ROS, shipping updates) to provide insights and identify growth opportunities. Daily Account Management Manage account documentation, scorecards, item setups, and sample handling. Coordinate assortment planning and order processing. Resolve customer order issues in collaboration with customer service and buyers. Sales/Sell-In Process Support preparation and execution of sell-in meetings and market appointments. Contribute to improving account strategies and post-meeting recaps. System Management Maintain critical SAP data, including size scales and chargeback resolutions. Ensure accuracy in system records to support operational efficiency. Financial Accountability Provide accurate monthly shipping forecasts to meet annual targets. Process credit memos and manage financial discrepancies or challenges. Partner Collaboration Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key partners. Support account-specific projects and initiatives. Marketplace Insights Serve as the team expert on floor maps, competitive audits, and trend analysis. Use marketplace insights to inform account strategies and growth planning. Skills
