This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing brand… Must have strong retail math and the ability to manage a team. There is also ample opportunities for professional growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time role, offering a hybrid schedule located in New York, NY, for an Account Executive Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with established retailers including mass market and off price accounts. Must have relationships with upper management. Contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, client relationship building, and business development
Strong organizational and project management skills
Develop financial budgets by product category ensure gross margin goals are achieved on a quarterly an annual basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8- 10 years of experience in sales, merchandising or account management, from the missy contemporary market. You should have a deep understanding of the sales cycle
Strong knowledge of product development for private label and brands
You should be a strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Travel to accounts, and trade shows as necessary
Skills
8-10 years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with Mass Market and off price
Bachelor degree in fashion business, marketing or related field
Managing a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office
Retail Math

Salary:

$120,000- $150,000 + incentives
