Job Description
Load new professional customer accounts and perform maintenance and updates to existing active and special term accounts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ability to quickly and accurately input and pull account data. Create professional customer accounts. Maintain existing account data for professional customers including updates of addresses, base stores, phone numbers, email addresses, account types, paperless options and terms. Provide references upon request from existing professional customers. Organize and gather data for new store openings and acquisitions, which includes reviewing sales data, past due status, account information for completeness, researching existing or duplicate accounts and pulling credit reports as needed. Provide excellent customer service to the field management team, review account inquiries and update information as needed upon receiving request from proper level of management. Create and maintain special term accounts including preparing the file for aging of accounts with extended terms, filing and termination of UCCs. Answer incoming phone calls pertaining to assigned area of credit.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
High School Diploma Typing a minimum of 40 wpm Good communication skills Team player and excellent customer service skills Basic computer knowledge including
Excel and Microsoft Word Desired:
