Job Description
Area Supervisor – NYC 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars New York, NY 10017 Area Supervisor – NYC Seeking a full-time area supervisor to supervise accounts in NYC (Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn).
Schedule:
Monday through
Friday Hours:
Flexible Start Time between 8am and 10am through 4pm / 6pm.
Pay:
$25.00/hr NYC Metro Card will be provided at no expense to employee
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.
Strong Work Ethic:
Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead by example.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team.
Experience:
At least 1 year of cleaning experience + 3-6 months in a leadership role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Cleaning Inspections:
Review quality of members’ work and resolve deficiencies without delay.
Customer Follow-Ups:
Address and resolve client concerns.

Help interview, hire, and coach new maids.
