Role:
We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Client Acquisition Manager to lead new client acquisition and relationship-building efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, creating partnerships, and helping expand our presence within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop new client relationships within the hotel and hospitality sector. Pitch consulting services tailored to ownership groups, management companies, and executive teams. Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to align proposals with client needs. Create and maintain sales pipelines, track leads, and provide updates to leadership. Contribute to marketing and branding strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
5+ years of business development, sales, or hospitality consulting experience. Deep understanding of hotel operations and industry trends. The existing network of hotel decision-makers (owners, GMs, asset managers) was strongly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Compensation:
Base rate (based on experience) + Commission on closed contracts. Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership or full-time role.
