As a Senior PMP Account Manager at Nexxen, you’ll play a critical role in driving success across our programmatic campaign portfolio, partnering closely with the Strategic Sales team to support both new and existing partnerships. Focused on the post-sale phase of the programmatic sales cycle, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless campaign execution, delivering best-in-class client service, and applying deep technical expertise across CTV, Online Video, and Display. As a Nexxen Senior PMP Account Manager , you will: Manage a portfolio of advertiser accounts, providing proactive performance insights, troubleshooting support, and strategic recommendations across multi-channel programmatic campaigns (CTV, Online Video, Display) Own end-to-end campaign delivery: ensuring timely setup, launch, pacing, and performance against KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot campaign performance and create innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of our clients Serve as a trusted client advisor on Nexxen Deal setup, implementation best practices, and troubleshooting Be a Nexxen SSP product expert and information source, developing a deep understanding of our core product and technical offerings Support audience activation and targeting strategies via Nexxen’s Data Management Platform (DMP) Contribute to team development by mentoring new hires and improving onboarding, campaign management, and troubleshooting effectiveness Create and maintain internal reference pages as it relates to benchmarks, new platform capabilities, and QA processes Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications 3+ years of client facing experience in an operational or account management role within a media ad agency, DSP, SSP, or media publisher Analytical and solution-oriented mindset; consistently seeks opportunities to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance client outcomes Experience managing top clients, collaborating with key stakeholders, and focused on campaign performance and optimization Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both internal and external audiences Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of working with large datasets to extract insights and build actionable narratives Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $80,000 – 100,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
