We are currently seeking a dynamic and experiencedCommercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is anexciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute in apivotal role within our company. This is a permanent hybridposition, offering the flexibility of remote work and in-officecollaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible formanaging a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts,providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing our clientrelationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and service a portfolioof commercial lines insurance accounts, including property andcasualty. 2. Analyze client’s current policies and makerecommendations based on their risk profile. 3. Facilitate policyrenewals, ensuring clients have appropriate, cost-effectivecoverage. 4. Develop and present comprehensive proposals to meetclient’s insurance needs. 5. Issue certificates of insurance asrequired by clients. 6. Build and maintain strong clientrelationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 7.Work closely with the sales team to support new businessdevelopment. 8. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, andproduct offerings. 9. Participate in regular meetings with clientsand internal teams to review account status and strategy. 10.Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly andprofessionally.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years’ experiencein commercial insurance, specifically in managing commercial linesaccounts. 2. Proven experience in customer service, riskmanagement, policy analysis, and policy renewal. 3. Strongknowledge of commercial lines insurance products, includingproperty and casualty. 4. Excellent client relations skills, with ademonstrated ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships. 5. Proficient in the use of insurance softwaresystems for policy administration and client management. 6.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto develop and present comprehensive proposals. 7. Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiriesand issues promptly and professionally. 8. Ability to workeffectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote workwith in-office collaboration. 9. Current insurance license orability to obtain one upon hire. 10. A bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
