Responsibilities:
In this position, you’ll be working with our executive vice president to: Learn the business from the ground up Develop client relationships Solve client issues Develop and maintain new business In short, you will be the junior face of our company. Initially, you’ll be identifying recurring and one-off client concerns and addressing them. As you develop, you’ll have the ability to acquire new business through the fostering of those existing relationships. This is not a cold calling role. It’s a role where people know who you are and take your call. You’ll know the business, watch for trends industry trends, and watch the rumor mill for potential opportunities. This role will be salaried with an incentive compensation component, as you begin to bring on new business.
Position Requirements:
