Carson Smithfield, LLC provides a variety of post-charge-off debt recovery services, including digital self-service, IVR, live agent, and external agency management. Leads the end-to-end implementation strategy for new ISO clients and processing platform integrations, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with organizational goals. Serves as the primary relationship manager for key ISO partners, providing strategic operational oversight and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle. Analyzes complex client requirements, anticipates business needs, and delivers tailored solutions that align with industry best practices and Merrick Bank’s capabilities. Drives cross-functional coordination among internal departments and external partners to ensure successful migration of client portfolios to and from Merrick Bank. Advises executive leadership and clients on processing platform capabilities, pricing models, and operational alternatives to support growth and long-term partnership success. Collaborates with senior management to shape a best-in-class client experience strategy, proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and ensuring client satisfaction. Champions process improvement initiatives across client onboarding and operational support functions, driving innovation and efficiency in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The salary range for this position, if located in NY Metro/NY State is $94,000 to $105,000 annually. However, please note that the salary range will vary for other geographic areas.
