Join Gateway as a Sales Account Manager (SAM) and become a trusted partner to veterinary clinics in your region. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for managing a territory, expanding our client base, and providing best-in-class service to our partners. You’ll nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities for growth, representing a brand that prioritizes compassion, service, and reliability. What You’ll Do Proactively develop new business and drive revenue growth in your assigned territory Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with veterinary clients Execute strategic account reviews and create customized solutions Meet or exceed activity and performance targets (CRM engagement, outreach, and revenue goals) Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and support What You Bring 3+ years of experience in account management, territory sales, or hospital rep role (veterinary industry experience a big plus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and empathetic approach Self-starter mindset, organized, with strong follow-through and time management Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Post-secondary education in business, sales, or related field preferred Clean driver’s record and access to a vehicle—this role requires up to 50% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend events Why Join Gateway?
