Position:

The Men’s Wholesale Account Manager’s main objective is growing the business and nurturing relationships with key partners across all Men’s categories (RTW, Shoes, and Accessories). Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Wholesale, the Men’s Wholesale Account Manager will actively drive sales by analyzing data, gathering feedback through consistent presence in stores, mapping the competitive landscape, and ing those findings to enhance the Brand’s positioning. Job responsibilities Responsibilities Support the Senior Director of Wholesale with daily management of the Men’s business across Loro Piana’s key partnerships
Provide data analysis and action plans on a weekly / monthly basis
Partner with external dedicated Business Managers on a daily basis to inform future actions
Generate and lead strategic growth projects for all Men’s categories on a quarterly and seasonal basis
Develop and lead seasonal projects such as Pop Ups, Caravans, Trunk Shows, etc.
Execute all Sales Campaign activities including building budgets, scheduling appointments, preparing internal systems, and informing seasonal guidelines; occurs 2 times per year at Milan HQ
Maintain an efficient and organized process for order entry and distribution of order confirmations after each Sales Campaign
Manage an efficient weekly replenishment business, identifying areas of opportunity for product and inventory
Monitor shipments and work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely and complete deliveries of all seasonal and replenishment orders
Coordinate online photography image sourcing, managing regionally and with HQ shoot dates, sample loan outs and styling directives that follow Brand directives
Host seasonal product knowledge seminars for all key accounts
Produce weekly and monthly sales recaps to be shared with HQ, and participate actively in weekly team meetings

Profile Skills and Abilities Required:

Strong analytical and computer skills – High proficiency in Excel, Office Package (Word, PPT), SAP
Excellent and polished communication skills
Availability to travel 30% of the time, domestic and international

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
